Modern Waterfront

A new custom home in the Windermere neighborhood of Seattle, built from the ground up and tucked along the shores of Lake Washington. Katie’s team was brought on to detail all interior components in a way that reflected the client, a young and vibrant family of five. Katie focused on their love for color, and need for comfort and practicality, all while weaving character and warmth into a combination of modular modern forms.
